For issues regarding PRODUCT INQUIRIES, WARRANTIES, and RETURNS please contact the Customer Service desk at the Petcetera store nearest you.
Lost your card? Please fill out the form with your name, address, email and a comment that you have lost your card, and we will reissue you a new card in the next few weeks. In the mean time, the cashiers are able to look up your membership by your customer number, last name, postal code or phone number.
Please note that membership cards from the Old Petcetera are still valid. The New Petcetera will transfer your life-time purchase dollar history. If you don't have your card anymore, fill out the form with your name, address, email and a comment that you need a new card to to be reissued.
