Rules & Regulations

  • This contest is open to Petcetera Plus Members who are Canadian residents. Must be of the age of majority in his/her province of residence or older at time of entry. One entry per person. Prize is not transferable to any other person. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
  • To enter, complete the Pet-of-the-Month Form. Photo must be submitted in JPEG format (as .jpg files). Your picture should be around 640X480 pixels in dimensions, no larger than 2 MB or a photo taken with 3 megapixel resolution at the largest image setting. Please do not embed your photo in the email, but send it as an email attachment. Photos sent without Pet-of-the-month form will not be accepted.
  • Photos must be submitted by the photographer/member. (No third-party submissions.)
  •  All entries become the property of New Petcetera Retail Ltd; entry constitutes permission to use the photo(s) in any manner the Publisher chooses.
  • Only one prize per person will be awarded. Employees of New Petcetera Retail Limited, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and the household members and/or the immediate family of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
  • These Contest Rules are subject to change without notice in order to comply with any applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
  •  Judges may reclassify entries and their decisions are final. Winners will be notified by phone or email.
