Petcetera Plus Membership Agreement
1) Membership is FREE. This entitles the primary member to one personalized membership card. 2) Membership is available to all individuals over the age of 18. 3) Membership is non-transferable. 4) Petcetera reserves the right to alter or cancel any of the membership programs at anytime without advance notice or without cause. 5) Membership is subject to any and all rules adopted by Petcetera, and these rules may be amended from time to time without notice or consent by the member. 6) Any Petcetera Plus membership can be removed if the member does not use the card over a 6 month period.
